“The Womb is not a place for fears and pain. The Womb is to create and give birth to life.”
Womb is suited around the Sacral chakra (energy centre or wheel in our energy field). In simple words, the Sacral is the one of our source for creativity, pleasure, flowing with life like water.
When the Sacral chakra is in healthy condition, we have the ability to experience pleasure, nurturing of self and others, ability to change and have healthy boundaries.
When the Sacral chakra is unhealthy, one may have poor social skills, Lack of desire, passion, excessive boundaries, obsessive attachment or addiction, etc. All these negative thoughts and emotions would develop fears and energetically, it would be held in the physical body, like the womb.
The Womb is where all humans are born where life begins from the womb. It is our life source and the place where the creation starts.

When we change the way we live, we think, we do, we say, we change our world.
Hence, as we heal the wounds in the womb (where it is interconnected to your mother and your family lineage), we break free from the old conditioning and beliefs. We regain our empowerment to create our reality.
THE FIRST FOUNDATION RITE OF MUNAY-KI
Rite One: Healer’s Rite OR ‘Hampe Rite’ (standing or sitting)
In the Healer Rite, initiate is connected to the lineage of luminous beings from the past, who come to assist them in their personal transformation. It awakens the healing power in the initiate’s hands so that everyone they touch is blessed. There is tremendous spiritual assistance available and these luminous ones work in our sleep to heal the wounds of the past and of our ancestors.

- Find a place or a space where you could meditation.
- Relax your body tensions, quieting your mind and thoughts. Focus on your breathing.
- Within you (not necessarily to say it out), recite these lines:
