Music and sound have been used therapeutically for thousands of years. Most ancient cultures understood the magical power of sound. Sound therapy has undergone a period of re-discovery and is now rapidly gaining popularity. Studies (such as Cymatics and Dr. Emoto’s water theory) have proven that sounds / vibrations have strong impact on substance and are able to alter molecules.
The universe and everything in it is moving to specific tones and vibrations. Everything that we know, think, see, feel, or do is energy and vibrations. Every atom, molecule, cell, gland and organ of our human bodies vibrates and is affected by vibrations.
Our negative thoughts and emotions take on denser form of vibrations. These denser patterns gradually work their way inward into our physical bodies. When an organ or body part is healthy, it creates a natural resonant frequency in harmony with the rest of the body. When the vibration of a part of the body is out of harmony, a different sound pattern is established in the affected part of the body and we have blockages and dis-ease.
Healing is the state of coming into balance and harmony. Our bodies are genetically pre-programmed to self-heal if we give them a chance. Sound healing is a very powerful facilitating tool. It helps to dissolve the blockages, allowing us to reconnect with our pure essence. In such expanded states, physical, mental and emotional healing often happens on its own.
The field of sound healing is vast. The more common methods include natural sound like chanting and toning as well as sound instruments that have specific healing frequencies and harmonics like crystal singing bowls; tuning forks; drums; etc.

CRYSTAL SOUND MEDITATION (VOICE TONING AND CRYSTAL SINGING BOWLS)
Toning is the use of self-created voice to make notes and sound that usually are extended vowels. Human voice comes from deep inside us. This form of sound healing is one of the oldest on the planet. Toning with crystal singing bowls bring about a blended stream of mesmerizing sound and blissful vibrations.
Through the pure sounds of the facilitators’ Crystal Tones® singing bowls and heartfelt voices, a special healing space is created for the participants to bring their bodies, minds and souls into a state of balance.
(Every 1st Tuesday of the month. Dress in comfortable clothing to lay down for 45 mins.)

CIRCLE OF SOUNDS
A circle has no beginning and no end. It represents infinity, totality and wholeness. In the circle, the facilitators and participants use their voices or musical instruments as tools to bring together a symphony of light and love. This is an event for participants to share their rhythms and heartbeats; to release their stress and negativities; to get in tune with their creative expressions and one another; and to reinstate their connection with the universe and their infinite potentials.
(Every 3rd Tuesday of the month. No musical background is required. )
