Toning is the use of self-created voice to make notes and sound that usually are extended vowels. Human voice comes from deep inside us. This form of sound healing is one of the oldest on the planet. The healing effects of crystals are widely known. A rich resonant tone exudes from crystal singing bowls can move through our body in vibrant waves, calming, aligning and healing our energy centers. The specific harmonic energy that emanates from singing bowls is determined by the quality of crystals and manufacturing process.
