This workshop was created out of my personal natural healing experience going through a really horrible psoriatic challenge , wanting to learn how to heal it and love myself unconditionally.

Sound is the most vital way of communicating with our bodies through vibration. Sound vibrations produced by toning, singing and the Crystal Tones® singing bowl is a powerful form of natural healing.
