Toning is the use of self-created voice to make notes and sound that usually are extended vowels. Human voice comes from deep inside us. This form of sound healing is one of the oldest on the planet. The healing effects of crystals are widely known. A rich resonant tone exudes from crystal singing bowls can move through our body in vibrant waves, calming, aligning and healing our energy centers. The specific harmonic energy that emanates from singing bowls is determined by the quality of crystals and manufacturing process. The singing bowls used during our meditations are all Crystal Tones® singing bowls which are made with a unique patented process, making the bowls incredibly pure in tone.
Toning with crystal singing bowls bring about a blended stream of mesmerizing sound and blissful vibrations. Through the pure sounds of the facilitators’ crystal singing bowls and heartfelt voices, a special healing space is created for the participants to bring their bodies, minds and souls into a state of balance.

By moving our bodies, we work directly with our Energy Centers at the physical, cellular, emotional & energetic level. We will be working with our 5 main Energetic Centers: Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart and Throat. Each one of them has different functions and vibrations. We will move in creative stimulation to each of our Energy Centers, in order to tune it, spin it and arouse it! 😉
As we move in harmony with our Energy Centers, our bodies will naturally release happy chemicals called Endorphins!
